SATURDAY: WILD THINGS STORY MOB!
Don’t miss out on this great party tomorrow afternoon at 1 p.m. sharp! The first ever Wild Things Story Mob event will take place on Saturday, July 13 at Nathan Phillips Square. StoryMobs.ca will be hosting a theatrical group reading of Where The Wild Things Are.
Think of it a kids version of the Rocky Horror Picture Show — with costumes, masks and props. This is DIY, so get creative.
The group is meeting at Larry Sefton Park (500 Bay St., between Dundas and Queen) at 1 p.m. sharp.
Did I say sharp? Yes, I did.
From there everyone will parade to Nathan Phillips Square quietly, so quietly. Then once everyone arrives the “Wild Rumpus” will start! But remember, once it’s over it should disappear as quickly as it began. Read up on Story Mobs right here and check the site for more events and ideas on how to participate in the Wild Things Story Mob — including costume ideas and what to bring.
