Put a little love on your walls
Christy Nelson says she was inspired to do this project when she was feeling like a “lazy crafter”, and we’re alright with that. In fact, we love just about anything that’s easy to make and instantly brings the Valentine’s Day feel to our house.
You’ll Need:
- Colourful Paper
- Scissors
- Ribbon
- A Hole Puncher
- Ribbon
Steps:
- Cut out some paper hearts that are about 7 cm x 15 cm. To make this a little easier fold the paper in half first, then cut out your hearts so they are symmetrical.
- Punch two little holes on the sides of your hearts. If you love your garland and plan on using it over and over again you may want to add eyelets to increase the hearts’ durability.
- String the ribbon through the holes, leaving some space between the hearts.
- You’re done. String up the garland somewhere in your house and feel the Valentine’s Day love.
