As a former dancer, I am instantly drawn to all things ballet: pointe shoes, tulle and tights. While lurking around the blogosphere this past month, I came across an image that immediately caught my attention.
Oh, how I love ballet slippers! The creative genius behind these customized ballet slippers is wonderful, and they would be a perfect DIY gift idea for a future ballerina or the “I always wanted to be a dancer” mom. Or keep them for yourself and wear them to the ballet. If your Christmas traditions don’t already include getting gussied up and going to see The Nutcracker with your kids, I highly recommend it.
