Over the past couple years, you may have noticed a resurgence in ukulele popularity. It certainly hadn’t escaped Bunch’s resident nostalgia blogger Cynthia Kinnunen, nor our go-to source for what’s new and hip in music, Beth Blenz-Clucas. (Beth clued us into Heidi Swedberg’s awesome ukulele stylings, Sukey Jump Music. Swedberg is best known as George Costanza’s fianceé Susan)

In fact, someone has gone so far as to make a documentary about the diminutive string instrument: Mighty Uke — The Amazing Comeback of a Musical Underdog.
