Get out and enjoy a Maple Syrup Festival near you!
You know spring is finally actually starting to make its way here when conservation areas across the North East kick off their Maple Syrup festivals. These festivals offer you the chance to see how they get the sap from the maple trees and sample it for yourself. So what can you do with all that maple-y goodness other than poor it over a stack of pancakes? Here are fives recipes to test out and put that maple syrup to good use:
