“The Joke’s On You” by Makayla Lynn
Check out the 9-year-old Nova Scotia-based country singer. She saw there was a big problem with bullying in her community and used creative problem solving to try and do something about it. Makayla Lynn said she wrote this song, “because so many kids are bullied and feel alone. I hope this helps make you feel a little bit better!”
We think positive messages like this go a long way in terms of offering bullying victims hope and maybe even showing bullies that they needn’t be such jerks. Check it out:
