Books to get you pumped up, books to get you freaked out
The kids are two days away from freedom and unless you’re a germaphobe who would rather you and the kids spend all your time inside, no school = lots of time to run around outside. And what’s the quintessential outdoor activity? Camping. Now, some kids are just itching to get out, make campfires and pee on trees, but other kids, what with their constant electronic devices and wifi for everything, might need a little convincing that they can still have a blast living outside with no (or very little) electricity. No matter where on the hurray for outdoors spectrum you and your kids sit, we’ve found some books for the drive up to the campsite as well as some to have on hand in the tent.
