A new twist on the old family portrait that we’re sure mom will love.
This family portrait is anything but stiff and static. Not only is it fun for kids to make, its also super cute. This unique craft comes to us from the great people over at Kaboose.
You’ll need:
- Old calendar-style fridge magnets or magnet sheet from dollar store
- Pencil crayons
- White and brown construction paper
- Scissors
- X-acto knife
- White glue
- Scrap of additional construction paper, any color
Method:
- For the Frame: trace the edge of the magnet onto the brown construction paper and cut out around the traced line.
- Poke scissors into the center of the brown paper you just cut out, cut out the center of the paper to create the frame.
- Glue the brown paper frame to the large magnet.
