Catherine Romano blogs about crafty projects for kids and parents
The month of May is a time of celebration for my family. In addition to Mother’s Day and three important birthdays (my son, my sister, and my grandfather), my husband and I will celebrate our wedding anniversary. Needless to say, we are looking forward to a month of fun with family and friends. In the spirit of the ‘month of fun’, my Make It! posts will be all about parties and celebrations.
First up, is a festive flag banner. I happen to see a beautiful banner at my favourite paper shop in Toronto, but the price was quite expensive. I made a trip to the dollar store and picked up a few sheets of coloured tissue paper and a roll of red ribbon. Now take a look at the details.
