What we’re reading today:
1. So, the Sasha Grey (former adult movie star) reading to grade 1 kids thing : Would you have a problem with it? If she’s being presented as a celebrity to the kids, and therefore a role model of sorts, and if there’s any way a particularly literate kid would Google her, yeah, we see a bit of a problem.
2. What does it mean to choose to only have one kid ?
3. And in completely opposite news, Brad Pitt says he and Angelina Jolie aren’t necessarily done growing their family .
4. We were glued to the screen reading this thing on a home-schooling experience in the 1970s .
5. Have a screaming baby on your hands? Throw on some Biggie.

What we’re reading today:
1. Read this and you’ll never leave your kids with a babysitter ever again . (Don’t worry, it’s fiction)
2. The Jolie-Pitt kids are too good for the school system. Angelina Jolie says the schools are”incapable” of educating her kids , so they get tutors and nannies and adventures and stuff.
3. There are more single fathers around these days. The NYT’s Motherlode says this is changing the picture of American families .
4. Shade the Barns! A group of moms in midtown Toronto are raising money for shade structures at their fantastic neighbourhood park . Help them battle the evil UV rays.
