We Love: Wednesday, December 1
What we’re reading on the blogs and such today:
It’s World AIDS Day. Mashable reports that you won’t be able to enjoy your favourite celebrity’s twitticisms today as they’re cutting out the social media, hoping their silence will prompt fans to raise $1, 000 000 for AIDS charities. Our favourite AIDS charity? Stephen Lewis Foundation, of course. Have you given to our Dare to Drum campaign?
It’s also the first day of Hanukkah. And apparently cover artists of the Hebrew orientation love Taio Cruz’ “Dynamite.” Check out the Borenstein Boyz’ “Oy So Amazing.” (Via Heeb Magazine) But the version we’ve played in the Bunch office going on three times now ? “Candlelight” by the Maccabeats. Enjoy in all its glory:
It’s also the first day of Advent, the official countdown to Christmas. Flavorpill, which knows everything cool, wants you to know that if you’re in San Francisco and feeling flash mob-y, join SantaCon 2010.
Man, the first of December is a big day in 2010!

[...] great! But no match for last year’s “Candlelight”… we won’t blame you for playing the Maccabeats non-stop for the next eight days/months. [...]
